MOSHOOD ABIOLA

Moshood Abiola is the Principal Partner in Chambers. He obtained his LL. B from the Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago Iwoye in 2006 and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in November, 2007. He obtained his Master’s Degree (LLM) in Law at the University of Lagos in 2017 specializing in Commercial and Business Law, Maritime law, Energy Law and Comparative Constitutional Law.
Moshood Abiola has practiced law since 2007 initially with the Law firm of Messrs Alimi & Co before establishing M. B. Abiola & Co in 2013. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and served as the Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Lagos Branch between 2017 and 2019 and served as branch Secretary between 2019 and 2021. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law and also a member of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (BRIPAN). Moshood Abiola is a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Bayo Orekoya, Esq. is an alumnus of the University of Lagos, Nigeria (UNILAG) where he bagged his Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree with Honours in 2006 and was thereafter called to the prestigious Nigerian Bar in 2007 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He has a sound understanding of Corporate/Commercial Law practice especially in relation to the Capital Market Department where he manages corporate clients (Stock broking firms/Issuing Houses) on their duties to the various statutory regulatory bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and individual investors on the legal implications of their investment proposal at the Capital Market. Bayo Orekoya is an Associate of the Portfolio Management Institute, Nigeria, Member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), he is an accredited agent of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and a licensed Capital Market Solicitor of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has participated in various municipal and international seminars, conferences, trainings and workshops on his area of core competences. He is a philanthropist, socialite per excellence and member of Lions Club International, Island Club and Ikoyi Club 1938. He is also a member Board of Trustee My Environment is Mine Initiative (me.mi) and Segun Adewale Foundation for Communities Development. He is happily married with children and enjoys travelling, solving legal challenges and reading best seller motivational books.

Aliyu Ridwan Shuaib is one of the senior members of the law firm and has been with the firm for almost 5 years. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of Maiduguri in 2005 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. He is happily married with two kids

Bamidele Ajabaluku is a Senior Associate at the law firm and has been with the firm for almost 5 years. He obtained his LLB degree from the Olabisi Onabanjo University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. He is happily married with two kids.
Bayo Olusanya Esq

Bayo Olusanya Esq is an alumnus of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye. He has worked in a number of thoroughbred law firms where he had garnered hands-on experience in property law practice, commercial law practice, criminal law practice, corporate legal practice amongst others. Called in 2016, he has been actively involved in litigation as well as active solicitorship spanning years of experience. He is a staunch proponent of the school of thought that the law can be used as a tool to achieve social justice for all. He is happily married.
Charles Afolabi

Charles Afolabi graduated from University of Ibadan in 2013 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. He is a senior associate with the firm and his area of expertise includes general litigation with expertise in recovery (remedial) and AMCON matters.
